Meet Our Staff

Beth Carr, PT, DPT

Beth Carr, PT, DPT is the proud Owner/Operator of Carr Physical Therapy Center, located in Northumberland, PA, which began serving patients in central Pennsylvania in 1989. Beth is a 1980 graduate of Quinnipiac College in Hamdon, CT, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She acquired her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in August 2012. Beth has been very active in her professional organization of APTA at the local and state levels.

Erica Amato, PT, DPT

Erika Amato joined Carr Physical Therapy in 2014. She attended the University of Pittsburgh for both Undergraduate and the Doctoral physical therapy program; graduating in 2003. Erica is highly skilled in orthopaedics and vestibular rehab. She is married with two children and lives in Selinsgrove.

Rebecca O’Hara, PT, DPT

Rebecca O’Hara joined Carr Physical Therapy in February 2015 after graduating from Misericordia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She brings her manual skills to our facility along with her genuine concern for her patients. “Becca” is married and lives in Bloomsburg with her husband and two daughters.

Suzanne Reichenbach, PTA

Suzanne Reichenbach, PTA is a 1996 graduate of Penn State Hazelton Campus with an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy. She has been with Carr Physical Therapy since 1996. Sue is married and lives in Middleburg with her family.

Lori Rockey, PTA

Lori Rockey is a PTA who graduated in 2018 from Penn State Hazelton. She joined our staff in April 2019. She enjoys working with orthopedic patients and she is the Supervisor of our Aquatic Program. Lori is married and lives with her husband and daughter in Danville.

Mary Comfort, Office Manager

Mary Comfort has been the Office Manager of Carr Physical Therapy Center since 1989. Mary will work with you in helping you to understand the ever-changing requirements of your insurance. She prides herself with making you feel comfortable in the clinic and is always available to assist you with any concerns you may have. Mary is married and lives with her husband in Northumberland.

Lori Updegraff, Front Desk Receptionist

Lori Updegraff is our Front Desk Receptionist. She always greets our patients in a kind and friendly manner. Lori ensures your check-in and check-out process runs smoothly, and she is quick to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Lori is married and lives in Northumberland with her husband.
